The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation was created in 1966 to provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing within the Cherokee Nation. The Cherokee Nation Election Commission carries out CNCA Title 26 the Cherokee Nation Code Annotated and the Constitution of the Cherokee Nation for the purpose of conducting all Cherokee Nation Elections.
